利用者は、自ら権利を持つ内容または適法に投稿できる内容だけを送信できます。第三者の記事、有料情報、画像等の無断転載は禁止します。
投稿者は権利を保持しますが、サービス内での掲載、翻訳、形式調整、検索、品質改善、配信に必要な範囲で、運営者へ非独占的・無償・全世界的な利用許諾を与えます。投稿削除後は、法令上の保存、バックアップ、紛争対応等に必要なものを除き、公開利用を停止します。本番投稿時には、この投稿ライセンスを別途確認します。

現在は閲覧・辞典、無料アカウント、読み取り専用MCP、利用後評価のβです。本番投稿、有料機能、実決済はまだ提供していません。
1. 適用とサービス内容
本規約は、AIコナス運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供するAIコナスに適用されます。本サービスは、AIの使い方、手順、確認方法等を探し、読み取り専用MCPを通じて対応AIへ構造化して提供するサービスです。特定の成果、正確性、適法性、継続提供を保証しません。
2. アカウント
閲覧・検索等は登録なしで利用できる場合があります。投稿、保存、更新等には登録を求める場合があります。利用者は正確な情報を登録し、認証情報を安全に管理してください。不正利用を知った場合は速やかに運営者へ連絡してください。
ログインはChatGPTの認証機能を利用します。AIコナスへパスワードを入力しないでください。認証後、本人識別とマイページ表示に認証済みメールアドレスを利用します。
利用後評価は実際に試した結果を送ってください。同じ人の重複票を防ぐため、1人・1方法バージョンにつき1件の最新評価だけを集計します。ランキングは利用者の選択を助ける参考情報であり、成果を保証するものではありません。
3. 投稿資格
本番の投稿機能は18歳以上の利用者に限ります。利用者は正確な居住国コードを登録し、居住国に適用される法令と地域別制限に従うものとします。
5. 禁止事項
- 法令違反、権利侵害、詐欺、嫌がらせ
- 秘密情報、個人情報、認証情報の不適切な投稿
- 虚偽の実績、レビュー、評価、出典の登録
- 自動化、複数アカウン、対価等による評価・ランキングの不正操作
- 仕様・利用上限を回避する大量取得、カタログの一括複製、リバースエンジニアリング、セキュリティ妨害（公開MCPの仕様内・上限内の通常利用は除きます）
- サービス内容を無断で複製し、競合データベースとして再配布する行為
- 外部AIの規約に反する利用
違反や安全上の問題がある場合、運営者は投稿の非公開化、利用制限、アカウント停止等を行えます。
6. AI利用上の注意・免責
AIの出力には誤り、偏り、古い情報が含まれることがあります。医療、法律、会計、投資、安全等の重要判断では、資格を持つ専門家や一次資料で確認してください。外部AIや外部サイトは各提供者の規約・ポリシーに従います。
運営者は、故意または重過失がある場合を除き、本サービスの利用から生じた間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益等について責任を負いません。消費者契約法その他の強行法規が適用される場合は、その範囲が優先します。
7. 料金、変更、終了
有料機能を開始する場合、価格、支払時期、更新、解約等を申込み前に明示します。運営者は合理的な理由がある場合にサービスや本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は適用開始前に通知します。
8. 準拠法・紛争
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は誠実に協議し、解決しない場合は民事訴訟法等により管轄権を有する日本の裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。

This beta provides browsing, the method library, free accounts, a read-only MCP endpoint, and post-use ratings. Live contributions, paid features, and live charges are not available.
1. Service
AI Konas helps users find AI methods, steps, checks, and recovery guidance, and provides structured guidance to compatible AI services through a read-only MCP endpoint. No specific outcome, accuracy, legality, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
2. Accounts
Some features are available without registration. Sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; never enter your ChatGPT password into AI Konas. After authentication, the verified email address is used for identification and account display.
Rate a method only after trying it. To prevent duplicate voting, only the latest rating per person, method, and version is counted. Rankings are a discovery aid and do not guarantee results.
3. Contribution eligibility
Live contributions are limited to users aged 18 or older. Contributors must provide an accurate two-letter country code and follow applicable laws and regional restrictions.
4. Contributions and rights
Submit only content you own or may lawfully share. Unauthorized copying of articles, paid materials, images, or other protected content is prohibited. Contributors retain ownership and grant AI Konas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license needed to host, format, translate, search, improve, and deliver the contribution within the service. Live contribution will require a separate confirmation of this license.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity
- Improper submission of personal data, secrets, or credentials
- Fabricated results, reviews, ratings, or sources
- Manipulating ratings or rankings through automation, multiple accounts, payments, or other coordinated activity
- Bulk extraction that bypasses documented limits, catalog replication, reverse engineering, or security interference (ordinary use of the public MCP within its specification and limits is allowed)
- Unauthorized replication into a competing database
- Use that violates an AI provider's terms
6. AI risks and liability
AI output may be wrong, biased, or outdated. Verify high-impact decisions with qualified professionals and primary sources. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, AI Konas is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Fees, changes, and law
Prices, renewals, cancellation, and payment timing will be shown before any paid order. Material changes will be announced before they apply. These terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes will be handled by a Japanese court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law.
