現在のβ版では、有料商品の販売・申込み受付・決済を行っていません。 課金プログラムは無効化した状態で安全確認中です。以下は有料提供開始前に確定・更新する予定情報です。

販売事業者・責任者	AIコナス運営者。正式な氏名は、販売開始後、請求があった場合に遅滞なく開示します。ブランド名だけではなく、法令上必要な販売主体情報を開示します。
住所・電話番号	個人の生活拠点保護のため広告上の掲載を省略し、販売開始後、請求があった場合に遅滞なく開示します。開示請求先は、有料申込み開始前に設置します。
連絡先	本β版は問い合わせを受信していません。有料提供開始前に、実際に受信・返信できる問い合わせフォームまたはメールアドレスを掲載します。
販売価格	未定。各プランの申込み画面に税込価格を表示します。
価格以外の負担	インターネット接続料金・通信料金は利用者負担です。その他の費用がある場合は申込み前に金額を表示します。
支払方法・時期	未定。対応する決済方法と請求時期を申込み前に表示します。
提供時期	決済完了後、直ちに利用可能とする予定です。異なる場合は申込み前に表示します。
解約・返品	デジタルサービスの性質上、提供開始後の返品は原則受け付けません。サブスクリプションは次回更新前までに解約でき、解約後は次回更新日まで利用できる設計を予定しています。法令上必要な返金はこの限りではありません。
動作環境	対応ブラウザ・AI・接続方式を申込み前に表示します。

住所を常時掲載しない方針

「請求時に遅滞なく開示」を採用します。ただし、請求ボタンを置くだけでは足りません。消費者が購入判断をする前に、ログインなしで、正式な氏名、正確な住所、確実に連絡できる電話番号等を受け取れる運用を準備します。

有料販売は、本人確認済みの正本情報、実際に届く開示請求窓口、個別の配送成功確認、価格・支払・提供・解約条件がすべて整うまで開始しません。バーチャルオフィス等を利用する場合も、事業利用、郵便受領、本人への確実な連絡が契約上可能か確認します。

問い合わせの分離

本番では、一般サポート、プライバシー・削除請求、特商法の開示請求を分けて受け付けます。現在の投稿デモは、これらの問い合わせ窓口として使用しません。

The current beta does not sell, accept orders for, or charge for paid products. Billing code is undergoing safety review behind a disabled release gate. The details below will be finalized before paid services launch.

Seller and responsible person	AI Konas operator. The legal identity—not only the brand name—will be disclosed without delay upon request after paid sales begin.
Address and telephone	Omitted from the public advertisement to protect the operator's home address and disclosed without delay upon request after launch. A working request channel will be added before any paid order can be placed.
Contact	The static beta does not receive inquiries. A working form or email address will be published before paid launch.
Price and additional cost	Not determined. Tax-inclusive prices and any additional charges will appear before purchase. Users pay their own internet and communication charges.
Payment and timing	Payment methods and billing timing will be displayed before purchase.
Delivery	Planned to be available immediately after payment unless otherwise shown before purchase.
Cancellation and refunds	Digital services are generally non-returnable after access begins. Planned subscriptions may be canceled before renewal and remain usable until the next renewal date. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Address disclosure policy

Paid sales will not begin until verified seller details, a login-free working request channel, individual delivery confirmation, and complete price, payment, delivery, and cancellation terms are ready. A virtual office will be used only after confirming business use, mail handling, and reliable contact with the operator.

Separate contact routes

Live support, privacy/deletion requests, and commercial disclosure requests will be classified separately. The contribution demo is not a legal or support contact channel.
